Now led by Ninon and Mika, two French entrepreneurs driven by a shared love for baking, pastry, and coffee, FLO PARIS BAKERY represents the meeting point between authentic French tradition and the American dream.
Ninon, a trained French pastry chef, learned her craft in the south of France under the guidance of a renowned master pastry chef. There, she developed a deep respect for technique, precision, and the true foundations of French pastry. Today, she brings that expertise to every creation — from handcrafted viennoiseries to refined French pastries — all made using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.
Mika, a passionate barista, is trained and certified by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). His approach to coffee focuses on quality, origin, and craftsmanship, creating a thoughtful coffee experience that complements the bakery’s philosophy of excellence.
Together, they shared a dream: to build their own French bakery and to live the American dream. With the acquisition of FLO PARIS BAKERY, that dream became reality. Today, they bring their combined expertise to life through authentic French recipes, traditional techniques, a selection of savory creations for every moment of the day, and a true specialty coffee culture.
